How does a package get delayed for two weeks at a sorting facility especially since I live 10 minutes away from it and then gets deemed lost in transit. Atrocious.

They didn’t deliver my parcel to my home address. They only leave the note card to collect. It’s a large parcel and I paid extra money to get them delivered to my house. My sister her parcel was delivered last week to her home address. It was delivered with company not Australia Post.we both send it the same day it was delivered from international.She received her delivery I am still awaiting for Australia post office delivery to arrive.I am not happy with your service at all.It’s useless serious. I end up going by myself to collect my items.. I do not recommend to anybody Australian post.

I made an online order, express shipping, I only live 15 mins away from this facility and it’s taken 3 weeks to find out it was lost or stolen but the last update was it arrived here, Someone in this facility has definitely stolen $200 worth of clothing from me, I have read other reviews and am not surprised, they most likely seen the shop packaging and known it was something pricey

Ordered Online hoping for a home delivery during strict Sydney lockdown. Instead, postie left a pick-up note stating no one was home to receive a parcel.Bit of common sense, who would leave house at 7pm during strict Covid lockdown. Postie didn't even bother to knock twice.Rang customer service only to get more disappointment, no help at all.Now I have to drive 8km away from home to pick-up a parcel.

Gentleman at the desk was great, your courier drivers are useless and cant deliver things correctly.How you can just have things returned to sender when the address is accurate, and the delivery addess is what you have drivers pick up from DAILY is beyond me.

Paid for express post Driver went to the wrong address And said it was unsafe to leave But never took it to the Post Office And nobody at Australia post can tell me where my parcel is Australia post is pathetic Should stop taking people's money for express post if it's not gonna come express The Expected delivery date is near 10 days after The day I need my parcel Have wasted money on this package that is going to be useless to me by the time it arrives If it arrives

Parcel lost in transit. Taken over a month to be notified …The last update I had received on my order, was that it had arrived at the Seven Hills sorting facility. One month LATER to that update, and after initiating multiple phone calls, I was notified that my parcel has been lost in transit.The item ordered was limited, and cannot be recompensed as a reorder from the sender, due to its exclusivity. All this at my expense.I understand that these things can happen, but I do not understand why it has taken so long to get to this point.
