WORST VET IN THE WEST!!! From the exterior this place looks like a haunted house and the nightmare continues inside. ZERO care, ZERO responsibility and ZERO accountability. This place doesn’t care for anything or anyone apart from your $$$$. Making errors on scripts and then demanding another booking to fix it, that’s a joke !! Blaming other Vets that work in the building, Seriously! Do yourself and your animals a favor, go anywhere but here!!

They didn't diagnose ringworm in my kittens even after seeing them on about 3 occasions, now it's spread to my other cats and whole family. What a pain in the .....

This has taken me a long time to write this review because I found it so hard as I am grieving my baby who passed away early June at the hands of Sunshine Vet Clinic. I took my doggy in on a Friday afternoon after I noticed that something was not right as he had been vomitting all Friday morning, was very lethargic, refusing to eat and not his usual self. My dog loves food so for him to not eat is very strange. The vet ran a number of tests on him including blood tests and X-rays and asked us to come back the next day so they could do another X-ray on him as they were suspecting an intestinal blockage. Apart from that, the tests came clear and they reported that he was quite healthy. We took him back Saturday morning which they did further tests on him and reported everything was going well and request that we take him back on Monday to review. Unfortunately, he did not make it that night :( We took him to the animal hospital in Kensington Saturday evening as Sunshine Vet was closed and the vets at the hospital said he was very unwell. They had attempted multiple times at CPR but could not save him as his heart stopped and sadly, he passed away at the hospital :( I can still picture his cries of pain and discomfort which haunts me everytime I think of him. I am still in denial that he is actually gone, I am heartbroken and a part of me feels so empty. I just can't help to think that if we took him to the hospital earlier that maybe, we could have saved him... But I was so certain that he was fine given the vets at Sunshine Vet Clinic said he was fine and to bring him back Monday. I am dissapointed in Sunshine Vet Clinic because we paid A LOT of money on the Friday afternoon and Saturday to run all these tests but they could not find anything and did not tell us that he was actually very unwell. Don't get me wrong, I am more than happy to spend money on him as he is family afterall, however, it feels that Sunshine Vet just wanted our money and could not even help my poor baby. No amount of money would equivalate to me being able to hold him again. I have taken him to Sunshine Vet before as well as my other pets (we also have 2 cats) and everytime we go here I leave dissapointed. I find the staff at Sunshine Vet Clinic unsympathetic and unprofessional with lack of follow up, compassion and care. I have read the other reviews, and similarly, I go to Sunshine Vet Clinic purely for convenience of location given they are 3 minutes from my home however, I definitely wont be bringing my cats back here and suggest that other pet owners do the same.

I honestly can’t thank Alex and Melissa enough!!!Alex was so gentle with Sebastian. This place is honest and very reasonable with their pricing unlike another vet that claims to be! I’m going to recommend all my family and friends

This is by far the best vet around. The staff are so passionate, kind, caring and considerate. They make your beloved babies feel so at home and provide genuine support through heartbreak. Could not recommend them enough and I will never go anywhere else. Flawless.

Worst hospital and reception stuff very rude and do not care for health of pets just care about money

My old girl Pomeranian was unwell after a consultation with Dr Hassan of Tarneit Mobile Vet Service (absolutely recommend this vet) he advised my furbaby needs an x-ray and to contact Sunshine Vet so I did and got an appointment the same day, they also gave me an outline of the costs associated with my visit which doesn't happen that often in my experience with vets. I arrived and Dr Meredith checked my girl asked what was happening and took her for her x-ray, once done she showed me the x-ray explained what was happening with such love and care for my little girl. I have now changed vets because my other vet may have cared but not enough about my senior dog. Thankyou Dr Hassan and Dr Meredith and their Wonderful teams.
