Needed a domestic gas certificate at short notice, David managed to fit us in within a few days.When a secondary regulator (something like that) failed a few months later, he was pretty prompt replacing it at no charge.

1. Late for appointment: David didn't turn up at the appointment time. Without an apology or explanation, he made another appointment with us in the afternoon. I gave him another chance, against my better judgement!2. Quoted without GST and expensive: David does not include the total cost in his verbal quotes. He may have mumbled plus GST"
