Actually continue to have a good relationship with qbank with the exception of collections.I called and informed that i would be overseas and not contactable. Still the collections woman froze my card and left me overseas without any money!An email was apparently sent? I diddnt get it.Not good with communication.

Been a loyal member for 33 years. Got a credit card arrears notice for being in arrears $4 and threatened to penalise me $8 unless paid immediately. Realise this is probably just a computer generated notice sent to any amount overdue, but it really offended me. And on top of that they offered me a new Home and contents Insurance Policy with a different provider - same coverage but $2300 extra. No thanks.

**please read the edit at the end of my original review**Qbank used to be good to bank with. Over the last few years however i have received bad advice resulting in a significant loss of money to me without so much as an apology. I have been lied to, unreturned phone calls and zero attempt to keep me as a customer.I have made multiple attempts with qbank to resolve issues to be met with very dismissive staff.6 years with them to be treated like garbage over the last 2 to 3 years. I have more faith in Vodafone now.Goodbye I'm going somewhere else.***********Edit 2 years onJust seen that qbank replied to my review...... No they did not contact me.. that is a lie.

Good bank but honestly waiting days for money to come through for first payments is beyond silly, I’ve got a second job, boss has paid us and everyone has their pay and I’m still waiting. Ive also done multiple osko payments where it’s meant to be instant. Taken 2 days. I’m at the point of changing banks. More so when need the money it’s not there.

The service provided by the lending specialist Camelia was second to none. We were informed every step of the way and everything was clear, concise and accurate. The time between applying for the loan, approval and funding was quick to say the least.It is service like this that drives repeat business and also why we have been members since 2005

Absolutely love QBank. Great staff, great products, they are helping EMS workers. Im a loyal customer. But not have 24/7 customer support is ludicrous. If my account gets hacked at 530pm on a Friday, no one can help me until 8am Monday.
