Lash Lift.Service - A+ the lady who did my lashes today explained the process and what she was doing at each step. Made sure i was comfy and settled before i started.Clean - A+Cost - $60Overall the service was amazing, i have had many lash extensions before but this was my first time trying a lash lift.My eyes feel light and airy. And i can see a lovely difference my eyes are more open.Will be back again and will add a Lash Tint well worth it.

Been scouting for a good eyebrow place in Geelong for a few months. Came across this little stall in Westfield. Finally got my eyebrows done well for the first time since I've been here. Neha was very skilled with her work and nobody leaves this place without feeling rejuvenated after her glorious massage. Highly recommend this to people who are picky about having their eyebrows done at random places. If you're headed here, I'd recommend asking for Neha.

Will never go back again. My eyes stung the whole time and when I said my eye sting, she just replied with it's done anyway" I kept saying "excuse me" while eyes closed coz my eyes stung so bad but she just ignored. It doesn't look neatly lifted

Went to this place as my usual one was busy yesterday. Big mistake, didn’t do as I asked to not touch or trim top of brow and left me stinging( never happened before) I now have little red spots that bleed above my eye! So disgusted and overcharged into the bargain.Bad attitude as well!

Booked an appointment here for volume eyelash extensions only to be left in pain from the treatment.I have been getting lashes for the past 2 years and once beauty salons opened again in the past few days after restrictions lifting my regular eyelash person was already booked out for 2 weeks, so I thought I would give this place a go.I arrived for my appointment only to be asked if I could wait 5 more minutes as they let a walk in go before me even though I had an appointment.During the treatment I had to sit in an uncomfortable chair (most places have lie down beds for eyelash extensions). I told the women doing my eyelashes that I wanted volume 16’s and I was sceptical from this point to weather she knew what I was talking about. Once they were done they didn’t look very thick and definitely did not look like 16’s.So I pay for them and go home, about 20 minutes goes by and my eyelids are starting to hurt (which they shouldn’t!) I get home only to find they had been glued to my eyelid skin instead of the individual eyelashes like they’re meant to be.I went back and the lady kept trying to tell me they were not glued to my skin even though you could CLEARLY see it. Eventually she tells me a “couple” of them slipped and got stuck to my skin... She kept trying to “separate them” until I eventually had to tell her 3 times to remove them fully. She was rude once I told her to take them off because they were hurting and I didn’t want to sit there and have them done again only for the same result.Didn’t receive an apology or even the offer of a refund or partial refund.On top of this I couldn’t help but overhear another person having an issue with another worker over a loyalty card.Would not recommend for eyelash extensions or potentially anything else.
