I love GyG and have been to most of the restaurants in Brisbane and I can say that the service in Acacia Ridge it is not getting any better. Most of the timesI have to wait too long for the food, but today what took longer was to take the order. As we asked the Manager or Team leader if anyone would take the order he was rude and only said “yeah yeah” and walked away. I understand that the person taking the orders was busy with all the deliveries. However, no one acknowledged us as we were waiting in front of the till and after asking we only got a rude answer from the Team Leader. Similar situations happened with the staff before, but today was even more disappointed if it comes to the person in charge.

Loaded nacho fries were cold after receiving them less than a few minutes later at the store and the mince meat also cold too.This is not what I expected from my meal.I would have expected a little bit more effort with the preparation of the food. I think that can be easily adjusted.I don’t blame the staff, but more of the management of the place and who ever is in charge.

Popped into the drive through. Ordered 3 meals tasted terrific. Check your order before leaving. I ordered mini tacos got large and no sour cream. l would say small instead of mini next time. Have had this trouble before at previous drive through GYG's

I met up with friends for lunch at Guzman y Gomez at Acacia Ridge yesterday and found the dine in experience to be ordinary. The food was delivered very quickly, but wasn’t up to scratch. I ordered the pulled pork nacho fries, and my friend had the slow cooked beef ones, and neither of them were hot. We also ordered two lots of churros, with both types of dipping sauce, however we only got one type. I probably won’t be back, there are other places that do Mexican better.

I drove extra just to get extra food and Mexican sounded brilliant, but once I got it ut was either too salty or the enchilada that had hardly any meat.

Best fast food you can buy. But the parking available at this restaurant is ridiculous. This one tiny carpark shared with McDonald's, 7 eleven and a bunch of shops across the road. There's never a park available and there's always traffic jams.

The food received was poor no filling presentation was terrible very disappointed to see this I am big fan of Guzman y Gomez but I won't be ordering from this chain again.

This was the worst Guzman meal I've had. We did a pre-paid drive through pickup order, which was a poor choice on our part. Once we passed the ordering window, we had a 20 minute wait until we got to the window (this was 25 minutes after our order should have been ready). At the window, the staff member informed us that the order wasn't ready and directed us to go to the waiting bay. It is absolutely shocking that it could take so long to prepare the order. A minute or so later we got the order. We got three naked burrito bowls that all looked and tasted pretty average. One was drowned in sauce that you couldn't taste anything else. The sauce leaked all through the bag as well. The naked burritos were so inconsistent. It was a terrible meal.
