Alterations Now

On drop off they took my phone number and said they would call in about a week once the job was done. No call after 3 weeks and no response to my phone messages (these people don’t answer their phone) so I went back to the shop. The job had not been done but they said they would call me in the afternoon once it was. No call after a week and still not answering their phone so I went back to the shop. The job was done but they only take cash! So, to save them paying tax I have to find an ATM and pay for a withdrawal. HOW DO THESE PEOPLE STAY IN BUSINESS!!!

Getting it fitted and organising payment nad pickup soooer smooth. But when comes to actual pick up I was not impressed. My ticket said pick up Thursday ( 1 week after) at 5pm. I came Friday 9:30am and it was not even started on. No apology or slight refund given. Came back at 4, the lady tried to sweet talk and asked me to try on which I said no if it doesn’t fit then I will go somewhere else as my ticket clearly started Thursday 5pm and was not ready the next morning and it’s now Friday 4pm and you have only just finished.Not impressed !!!!

Very very happy with the service. Dropped many of my clothes I stopped wearing due to being too long, too low, too big or just not my style anymore. They converted a dress into a skirt as still loved the print and many more. Thank you so much ladies for taking my requests and transforming them into new pieces for me.

Jasmine at Alterations Now was very accommodating with my recent curtain alterations. The job took longer than expected and when it went over time she was very proactive in communicating and resolving the matter as quickly as possible. She personally delivered the curtains to my house which I thought was incredible customer service and would recommend to others! Thank you Jasmine

Frustrating customer service because there is only two people to serve the high level of foot traffic. Left two pairs of pants to be taken in with them for a week and it wasn’t done on the day. Charged $90 for one pair, told it was a “big job” when it was just an alteration to make them less wide. Staff were courteous.

On the 16th of October 2021 I took two pair of pants in to have the hems taken up. The woman pinned the hem and we were told to come back in an hour. We were also told the EFTPOS machine was not working so would have to pay cash.We returned about 2 hours laters and collected the pants. We paid and was not given a reciept.When I tried them on the following day to go to work they seemed a bit higher than I expected and when I say down they rose high enough so you could see my socks.We returned on Monday, October 25th to get them repaired and have the hem lowered. I explained to the staff member what had happened and she asked for the receipt and when I told her I was not given one she just kept asking and then told me to come back when the person who worked on the pants originally was back in.I said that that was not an option.They eventually repaired the pants at no charge but it took well over 20 minutes before she would even take the pants.Very unprofessional ... definitely will not be going back there again.

I recently had my dress altered by Yasmin at Alterations Now, she understood my brief was was quite challenging and was extremely diligent to ensure that the measurements were correct. The outcome was exactly what I was after. I would highly recommend you pay Yasmin a visit if you need anything simple or challenging to be altered.

Customer service was excellent. They got my job done very quickly.

Simple job of a top being taken in across the shoulders, i dropped it off and came back in an hour and it had been done. Fit perfectly and the lady there was friendly and helpful. Paid $50 felt like it was a tiny bit expensive for a minor alteration but i was happy to pay to have it done and so quickly. I would recommend this business for alterations.

I asked Yasmin if she could assist me after another tailor almost ruined my dress. Yasmin and her team carefully undid everything that was done and correctly altered my dress. It was a very challenging and complex task. I am very happy with the result. Thank you.
