Dean the duty manager was so friendly and helpful. We accidentally paid with visa when we had room credit and he was happy to help us even though it meant more admin for him.

From when we walked into the restaurant until we left the service was amazing and the atmosphere great . Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating to our needs. Best Salt & Pepper Squid I have ever had. Next time we are in Sydney we will definitely stay at the Pullman . Thank you again for a wonderful dining experience.

The food is exceptional! The ambiance was just what we needed for New Year's Eve dining, and the staff were friendly, attentive and went out of their way to make us comfortable.

Our experience was all a bit Meh"When we walked in we got warned the wait time for food was longer then usually due to the kitchen being behind on orders. We where in no rush so not an issue.I order the naked burrito and it was very underwhelming. The corn tortillas where very stale and the fake cheese sauce was missing. I ate it

I went to the Mobius Bar and Grill at the Pullman in Mascot for breakfast because I was having my Mercedes cleaned just around the cornerMy breakfast and coffee was perfect and the service was great.Definitely will be back again

Had to walk in this place and search for someone to serve me. Staffs attitudes were snobby and rude. Sat me at my table and left me with a menu. I waited 20 minutes and nobody came back to take my order, so I left.

Dinner there and it was surprisingly good! We had duck and some cocktails. Also had the breakfast buffet. Normally these are pretty standard and not the greatest, but most things were pretty good. Just the avocado toast was on stale dry bread... Usually airport hotels aren’t the greatest but this one was a pleasant surprise.

The images on the mobiles website do not reflect that it looks like a airport terminal lounge which is what it feels and looks like when you are there. The sydney rock oysters tempura were very nice but from then onwards it went down hill - the 900kg Tomahawk is definitely not worth the $98 - it was a lot smaller and lighter - couldn't check the weight - then expected and we had to order sides to go with it - the baby leaves bowl was so small and leaves were not dressed -$9 really. The chips were under cooked. My kids had the burgers - chicken burger was tiny and overcooked, the beef burger was not liked. Then we asked for the bill and has only a space to put your the room number on - since we are locals it doesn't make you feel very cared for.

For a restaurant attached to the Pullman, it was a let down. 50mins to main, then 40mins to dessert. No water service between start and finish. Food was okay, but not worth the wait. Bar service was also slow and no clean tables.
