We visited Greencross Lambton for help with a stray dog we found in the middle of the street. This little doggie was not registered with this practice but we got so much help and support from the wonderful staff. Very impressed with the care and professionalism, thank you!

My dog was dying, in pain, and needed to be put down. All MY vet could offer me was an appointment in 5 days time. I said he won't last 5 days. Needless to say I had to go somewhere else. Now, over TWO WEEK'S later, they messaged me and asked how my dead dog was feeling today, and said that I could call them if I had any concerns, all because my new vet requested my other dog's records and they were afraid to lose my business.

The nurses and vets are amazing. They have always treated my cat (Ruby) now pasted (Dusty) new kitten and dog (Clayton ) with respect. They are family to my animals.

Great staff, love the recent addition of the adaptil calming spray.Would be cool to see them lean into the force free veterinary movement that is happening currently, when applicable for pets.

Firstly they couldn't find a file" on our pooch who'd been their 3 times previously. Also tried getting an urgent appointment as our dog was extremely unwell was told we could either drop him off or have an appointment in the afternoon he would just check with the vet.. when he came back to the phone we were then told they were to busy and to go somewhere else. Horrible service!"
