This store is amazing, amazing service incredibly fast and absolutely amazing I bought a lighter and whilst it was being engraved I had the most informative conversation on their beautifully designed Damascus rivers edge cutlery, clip point, spanto, and modified knifes with a beautiful ladder/swelled pattern. If your looking for a good present or just some stuff to look at to pass the time THIS IS THE PLACE!!!!

Incredible service. Needed some shoe polish for my dress shoes. Was served by a lovely gentleman who took the time to show me how best to apply, with which materials and ran them under the buffer wheel to get some of the deeper scratches out. No extra charge even though it took an extra couple minutes. Hands down great service and would recommend any day.

Being a very healthy and active person my wrist watch sometimes needs repairs. I have always had a good experience getting my repairs done here. I recently had a battery change, wrist band repair and front glass replaced on one of my wrist watches. The service is prompt and professional. Thank you kindly.

Poor service! I had to constantly chase them up about a watch they had for months only to find out they couldn't get parts for that brand of watch. The part was a screw that broke when they were trying to replace the battery. I won't be going back.

I have been going to Shoe Kings Rockingham for a few years and have found the usual guy to be very friendly and helpful. However, one day recently there was a young blonde guy filling in, who I found to be quite rude and arrogant. It’s people like him that lose customers for businesses.
