I have seen Tully before and this time for a seperate issue. Was very helpful and instantly helped relieve pain and work out a care plan for my injury. Would highly recommend.

Steph is a fantastic pysio who knew exactly what I needed after just 5 mins of tests. Gave me some great exercises to improve my condition, and we had a great chat about dogs, while rolling out the area, to get me through the discomfort.

Brent was awesome, was able to identify the issues efficiently and explained in detail what muscles were affected and gave clear exercises to help fix the issue.100% would recommend. Especially for golfers.

I have only had one session so far but I found Yong Kiat very gentle and careful in finding the sources of my shoulder/arm pain. He has been forthright about how to treat it and how long to expect it will take to get back on track.He came up with realistic exercises using things I have at home. This was followed up with an emailed plan and pictures demonstrating how to do the exercises.There are another 7-11 weeks to go before I will know the outcome but I feel I have the tools to succeed and know what to expect.

I have been attending Life Ready Physio Midland for approx 6 years. I have found them to be very helpful indeed with my back problems, when ever it flairs up. All the staff from reception to the physio themselves, they all are very friendly and very helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to my family and friends.
