Used a courtesy trailer, free of charge to bring home lengths of timber and bags of cement.Very easy to book out and return trailer. Very handy service offered.

I've travelled around Australia and this would have to be the worst bunnings I have ever gone too, staff are rude, staff don't want to help you and lack of staff!I stood at the trade desk waiting to be served and watched at least 12 staff members walk past and up to the office.

My partner and I visit this Bunnings quite regularly and usually get really good service. However, today we had a terrible experience.We went in to buy some lamps for our two children's bedrooms. We purchased a twin pack and when we got home we realised one lamp was missing. We called the store and spoke with a lady who advised we should come back to the service desk to swap it over.We did this, and spoke with a redhead lady at the service desk. She was incredibly rude, did not even greet us when we walked up, starting the conversation with do you have other shopping to do?" We said we didn't and she walked away.Then when she asked us to come around the other side of the counter
