The staff in store are great but I wish they'd give a direct phone number to St agnes. Always have to call the 1800 number and wait on hold for ages. Not good when you only have a quick question

The staff here are extremely helpful. I walked in off the street and was attended to immediately. They spent time with me going through several options, enabling me to try different equipment and at no stage was I pressured into making a purchase. That is true customer service.

Amazing experience. I was sceptical before meeting the Staff at St Agnes. Following a pleasant session I was introduced to the appropriate equipment. Through additional appointments I was carefully guided through the usage requirement and now I can honestly and categorically state that my life has been changed and me stroke rehabilitation has been accelerated. The staff at St Agnes are amazing, knowledgeable and excellent at their tasks. They always make me feel relaxed and conversations are at a friendly level. I can only say thank you and recommend their service to all.
