Had done my hair coloured today! I had no idea which colour to go with my skin tone. Had a good suggestion and idea from the Best Cuts. My hair looks good and smells amazing! I feel beautiful again. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service. Staff was very friendly. Really happy! Highly recommend it. It has reasonable price. Loved the quality of the work! Cheers

Zero STARS!!!So unprofessional, how could u mess up a simple straight cut like this. And then tell me you have no refund policy. I am still waiting for their refund when they told me they will refund me but it has been 10 days. When i was there, a lady told me just have to wait 20 minutes, then turned out 1 .5 hours.

Best Cut Parramatta offers the best haircut, styling and personalised service. You always walk out with happy results. Been coming to see Michael for the last 5 years and have never been disappointed. I have tried many around the Parramatta area but no one comes close to Beat Cuts. Strongly recommended

Their Keratin is not the best! I have done crystal and Keratin there they don’t last long they are not a good quality! There straightening and curling is alright tho! The staff give uncomfortable look to whoever walks by store or even new customers! Honestly, the staff need to communicate more with the customers and make them feel more comfortable!

One of worst ever experience I ever had with Best Cuts in Westfield Parramatta located in Level 4. Two weeks ago I and my wife purchased a long hair extension and the lady who served us said the Hair is pure and original and there is no fake hair mixed. We asked the lady couple of times that is it pure and not mixed? The answer was it is pure, and we purchased the long hair extension. My wife told them that she would curl it, they said it is completely safe to do so. My wife took the hair to one of Salon close to our house and after performing the curl hair it was stuck in the roll and it was fake hair extension. My wife the hair extension back to this place and instead of resolving the issue, the called the Security and kicked my wife out of the shop. They say that you have to contact the company. It is a big mistake of to deal with this Hair Salon. They ripping people off with their products and service.

Worst salon ! Attitude of the staff there is disgusting! I asked for a straight cut with a curtain bangs and the Asian girl clearly doesn’t know anything about how to cut a curtain bang. I could cut my own hair like this if I wanted and not go to a salon to ruin my so called “professionals” !They charged $65 for this terrible haircut and they didn’t even wash it or blow dry !I’ve got my hair washed, cut and blow dried for $75 and was happy! I wish I never went to this place !They deserve 0 stars !

Best cuts are the best, got my hair curler for a wedding, came the next day to get my hair permanently straightened, they really took care of me. I had a very bad hair cut so they fixed it for me. So impressed. Best cuts are my new hairdressers. Won't go anywhere else.

I didn't have a chance to get my hair done as I was told so sit somewhere, and then just left there. I expected a member of staff would greet me, ask what I wanted done, and let me know how long I would be waiting.After about 30 minutes I stopped someone to ask about the wait and they mumbled sonething and walked off. Another staff member then said irritably, We'll get to you when we're ready. There was hair all over the floor and the lack of customer service was in stark contrast to the other salons.

Amazing hairdresser best colour ever you won't be disappointed Michael is amazing. My hair is so soft as well after a full head of foils and toner. Highly recommend
