Ride Hub (E-Ride Specialist)

bought my Kaabo wolf X Pro last year and recently a new Mearth Cyber here. Both are doing very nicely love the upgrades done to the Cyber very cool lights to showoff in groupd ride, very friendly staff.

*** UPDATE FROM MY PREVIOUS REVIEW ***After paying for my scooter approximately 6 weeks ago. I have had to chase updates on when I should expect it only to be told that they still don't know when more stock is arriving. I have been in contact with 'Marie' to be told that I would be issued a refund within 5 to 7 days. I've had to chase this up again this morning as I am still waiting for my refund. Call and check stock before placing an order, otherwise you will be left disappointed and out of pocket as they continue to advertise items they don't have..

My new (secondhand) Mearth S scooter (dad upgraded to RS) was expertly serviced by the guys at Ride Hub. I appreciate the time they took to walk me through the workings of my scooter. So impressed with their service shop. I love their attention to detail. Looks like I am set get the best out of my first e-scooter riding experience!

Originally purchased and paid for a Ducati scooter, then to be sent an email stating they no longer have them in stock. I found this very misleading. Why have them advertised for sale if you arent selling them. At least state 'out of stock ' against this product. Then after multiple phone calls and emails I was able to speak with Rita who switched me into a Mearth RS brand of scooter. It finally arrived and have to say its beautiful and seems to be built really well, more power, features and price. Overall it was a challenging ongoing experience with very little communication except from my own enquires. From original purchase to product arrival this took approx 1 month.

This place isn't even worth one star but I had to leave something to warn people, DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE DODGY. They advertise they have these scooters, it is not until you ask where your scooter is they tell you we don't have it in stock, they take your money quickly but don't return it, 10 days till you get your money back and that is you ringing them every day and emailing them sometimes with no response. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOUR DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE.

Well, first impression is great! Ride Hub store is neat. Attractive too. Found myself talking to the staff and knowing more. Even if I didnt buy anything they still entertained me. For sure, I'm buying at Ride Hub when I plan to buy, which is soon. Here checking reviews about the store. So far so good. Will make another review when I buy an actual one.

Purchased 2 scooters and helmets that were advertised as IN STOCK online, and after a week I sent an email to see when they were going to post them and found out that they did not even have any in stock and could only offer a substitute that was not suitable for our needs. Its been 18 days since original purchase and I still have not seen a refund as yet. I just keep getting the I'll send you an update once done" reply. I was not even sure if this company is real. If you go to their website and click on ABOUT US it has scammer written all over it. I have called the shop beside them and was told that there is a Ride Hub shop there. My advice is just to stay clear

Hi,I came into the store the Saturday previous with my broken segway ninebox gmax30 scooter to ask for a repair. The gentleman advised me what the issue was (broken motor) and suggested that I could trade-it in with them to receive a discounted price on one of their scooters. I was happy to do so but since then, I have not received any word for them. I messaged/called and even spoke to the Facebook page messenger seeking to followup about this (the initial discussion was done on the phone while my scooter was being inspected). It's been over a week now and I have not yet what is going on with my scooter and am worried it's already been sold/replaced/recycled for parts. Terrible service and I'm disappointed from otherwise looked like a lovely store and I was happy to spend money on. Now I don't know if I can recommend them at all. I don't even know if their website is legit (is latitude pay offered on interest free or not?!).Terrible communication all around.

Wonderful service. Very prompt and efficient service even if I bought my e-scooter years ago. Ride Hub still cared. They emphasized it's bc of their after-sales support. I see they value their customers. Extremely friendly and approachable. Highly recommended for your next scooter purchase and future servicing need.
