Had my computer fixed with Gavin and he had it back and cleaned within a day or two. Super fast and expert service.THEN, I was so happy with his service I ended up getting Gavin to build me a totally new gaming rig. Again, super happy with the outcome; the machine is a beast.So whether you need a machine fixed, or a new one built, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gavin.

Gavin gave great advice asking nothing in return over the phone when my tower started to die. When I chose to rebuild, parts came within 24 hours and I had a freshly built gaming rig the next day. Excellent service!! Highly recommend!

An outstanding computer repair service facility. Gavin is both personable and knowledgeable. He was able to repair and service my Gigabyte Aero laptop in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner. The screen was black and sending it back to Gigabyte may have resulted in a motherboard replacement for many hundreds of dollars. Gavin was able to circumvent the problem and restore the screen, as well as service the laptop, for only $130 in labour and materials. Amazing!!This is THE guy to take your PC or laptop to when it needs repairs or servicing. I am really impressed by Hawkesbury River I.T.

I've been to Gav a couple times and he helped build custom PC for me that's an absoule unit, couldn't be happier. Great customer service, fast and reliable support. 10/10 will be going back for any PC issues.

Excellent customer service from Gavin, had a late night problem and I went around early the next day and 45 mins later it was fixed, clearly knows his software and hardware, wifi adaptor wasnt working and he even gave me a second hand one and put it in for me, at a very reasonable price,
