I don't know his name but I'd just like to say that the cheery service we received from the guy working yesterday afternoon (12/4/23) just made our day. The sandwiches were pretty good too.

Im sure this has great service as normal. I actually couldmt get my card to work here So i had to go up the road to puma

Was treated like a criminal because I was driving a Holden, wearing a hooded jumper and baseball cap (it's winter weather and I'm cold). The attendant insisted I pre-pay... even though I was in the middle isle, up the front and where he had full view of me. I kept hearing him shout through the overhead speaker at me... I didn't have trouble filling up at a later hour a few weeks ago... so I decided to take my business elsewhere, I did however follow up with a phone call, asking why the ill treatment. He mumbled something about not being able to see my license plate on the CCTV (which I've never heard before when driving this car).If you feel like being treated like a criminal, visit this petrol station. Shame though, the chap a few weeks earlier was a sweetie.

We tried to use the pay at the pump facility at Mundaring, the machine said the transaction was declined so we went and paid at the counter, on returning to my car I checked my balance only to discover that the transaction on my card had processed so I had paid $100 for $50 worth of fuel. When I went back into the shop the console operated would not refund my money even after being shown the transaction!

Can't understand the staff. Fuel is quite expensive here compared to other stations. Toilet in ok condition.

Good service and convenient just got to get the fuel prices down so I can afford to shop there more often

Thanks Johl . I went passed this Caltex today and wanted to test my iPhone charger as it was not working . The young guy at the counter , Johl was excellent . He could give many other people a lesson in customer service .Without hesitation he helped by providing me the use of his own personal charger cable before I purchased so I could identify the problem .Sounds simple hey but you just don’t get that care free customer service help much these days .Thanks Johl you really helped me out .Kind regardsLeon .
