Wow! Annette was absolutely amazing and put a beautiful bouquet of flowers together for my assistant at such late notice and even delivered it to her door during a Public Holiday. Fantastic job and amazing service!

This companies attitude was not satisfactory as they didn't care about the delivery that was not delivered just ring Petal as we don't have this delivery, they didn't care that these flowers and chocolates were organised on 23rd February 2022 for delivery 1st March, there Manager has to be told about staff attitude

Received a very sad looking bunch of flowers yesterday. Blooms are brown and the greenery was wilting not great as it was valentine's day and ordered in advance.
