Today Daniel at counter 8 served meAfter a very stressful ordeal previously to get a certificate that I needed- when he looked through all of the documents that I presented he suggested what he would do to get the best and fastest result for me. All it took was for him to work with me and look for solutions as opposed to being turned away which had happened twice now with someone else. Thankyou Daniel- he’s level or service, care and empathy has madeMy day!

Came just now in morning to renew my ancillary cert, got served by the lady with rude attitude and no smile, thank you for making my day better. Would have given no stars but past experience was good here. Probably will get coffee's for staff next time to atleast greeting customers with a smile.

Wow! I got my driving license today! With Debra, I had a great test experience! Throughout the exam, she was really courteous and explained each job well. She helped me overcome my anxiety so that I could drive on the road in a natural manner. Her enthusiastic response inspired me to do all jobs without difficulty.
