I have been in many laser clinics last 2 years. However, this was the worst experience I ever had. I know how the procedure works, how long it lasts, when my hair starts falling off, sensation and which areas this treatment include.Your staff was extremely unprofessional and my treatment lasted less than 1 minute. Even I prepaid for the behind, she didn’t do it and I asked her to do it she did just one touch. She didn’t do bikini line and even full frontal area. I just wanted to try to be nice and not to mention anything about it and wanted to just let it go. But it’s too much thinking how much I paid for it and what I got in return. Now my hair doesn’t fall off and growing lot more due to shaving. The hair should have been fallen off at this point, if she did what she was supposed to do.

I have been coming for laser hair removal and other treatments here for quite a while and my experience is very good. All of them are very much experienced and does a grear job. Belle is very kind and pays attention to detail. I absolutely love getting treatments done by her.

I’ve come here on three occasions (I bought the 10 prepaid laser sessions), and I was really impressed with all of my experiences here - I specifically waited until I had come here a few times before I made a review. Every time I’ve come, the girl (all different) who has done my laser has been professional and friendly. I know that I’ll be well taken care of here and they always make me feel comfortable! Would definitely recommend, based on these experiences :)On top of that, the rooms and waiting space are also clean and comfortable.

I did my laser for the first time last week and my experience was a 10/10!! The therapist was very kind and let me know what was going to be done during the treatment which made me very comfortable. The treatment was quick and easy and the therapist was very thorough. Cleanliness was also I top notch. Overall, a really positive, great experience , highly recommend.

Had laser hair removal on my legs the other day by April. April was so lovely and made me feel so relaxed and pain free throughout the entire procedure. She was also great at answering any questions I had regarding other treatments. Treatment room was comfortable and kept clean. Would recommend!

So I’ve been to this place 2 or 3 I believe. I’ve already had the full treatment somewhere else and my sessions there was mainly retouch, unfortunately I wasn’t satisfied with their service as every single time there was the same patch that was missed although I emphasised it to them several times, also I didn’t really find them professional as they acting like they are in rush,( although they weren’t busy at all). Also even the specials are more expensive in this place in compare to other places but their service and their attitude make me think it’s not worth it.

I've only been to this branch once and the young lady who administered my laser treatment was friendly and professional. I should have caught her name, though i'm not sure you're able to request who you get as it changes every time. I've been to the Burwood Laserclinics and their customer service there pales in comparison with the ladies at Top Ryde.

I’ve been having my laser sessions with Anita from last year and it was such a pleasant experience for me. She’s a professional not only in laser hair removal, but an expert in skin treatments as well. I do highly recommend top ryde Australia laser clinic and especially Anita as your therapist.
