Would highly recommend Kevin from Movement Essentials! I had a couple injuries which had been causing me grief and he examined them and recommended me some great exercises to do. Over the course of three physio sessions, I now feel pretty much recovered and am sure I’ll be better and stronger in the near future!Expert advice, straight to the point and great customer service. 5 stars from me. Met with Kevin due to a upper back injury, causing tension and knots. He relieved all the tension around my shoulders thus the back pain was gone, amazing! I've wasted money in the past going to massage places and the pain comes back. Highly recommend to see Kevin as he also shows you therapy exercises.
