We had O’Hara’s service and clean our air conditioners and look into one that had broken down. The service was done exceptionally well. We were informed that we needed to replace the broken air-con and I was given a detailed explanation as to what went wrong with the old one. The admin team then ordered our new unit ASAP. Due to covid delivery of the goods from daikin weren’t super quick but we were updated by the team every step of the way. The day after our units arrived the team were at our house to install the unit!!! They couldn’t have been more quick!!! Scott and Andrew while on-site were professional and efficient! I would definitely use them again and am so grateful for my now cool lounge room!

These guys were great. They measured for the quote within 24 hours of my request. Were very professional and arrived when they said they would. The quote arrived same day. Was easy to follow and was super competitive. They had the unit shipped in within 48 hours and fitted 24 hours after it arrived. It was fitted before two other companies even contacted me to do the quote. Highly recommended and would use them again for sure.

A wonderful experience, dealing with O'Hara Air. From the get go. They called me back! A great start, right there! Talking to Marny in reception was easy, she's helpful, polite and genuine. Andrew coming out to give a quote on the two old systems which badly needed replacing, was great. He talked me through the new regulations and what size systems and even about the brackets holding the units outside. It was one of the best quote inspections I've had and it didn't leave me with more questions than answers. The two fellas who installed the new units were fantastic. They were polite, efficient and quiet. I hardly knew they were there! I will absolutely recommend everyone use O'Hara Air Mart, I will be staying with this company.

Initially the experience with O'Hara did not go well, there was a incorrect or incomplete diagnosis for the ac unit at my rental property, my tenant waited a month without ac and then when parts finally arrived it turned out I needed a whole new unit. Rightly or Wrongly O'Hara accepted responsibility, they quoted a full replacement (with a discount for parts previously purchased)prioritized the job to the next day (this was summer with an average wait of a few weeks). I do not normally write reviews, but I think the true test of professionalism is how a business responds when things go 'pear shaped'. I will definitely use O'Hara again based on that.

O’Hara Super Air Mart serviced our home air con units again this year and did a great job. They arrived at the agreed time, having also messaged when they were on their way. We will use their services again next year.

It was sure a pleasure to met Susan. She went above and beyond to fix the issues and the complications of the job. But showed resilience and commitment to the job and it was a success. Not to mention the extreme weather she had to work in yesterday to complete the job. I would highly recommend Susan and would definitely use Her and O'Hara again if needed to in the future

We approached O'Hara Super Air Mart as the owners of Jaimon Boarding Kennels to install air conditioning into one of our boarding kennel blocks. The quote was provided in a very timely manner with options and ramifications given re both timeframe and cost. The office staff kept us updated on the arrival of the units and the date of installation. On that day the guys arrived bright and early and ready to go. They were respectful of the the need to keep gates closed for the safety of our clients animals that were boarding at the time. Every step of the way was a consultative process in plain English. At the completion of the job we were walked through the controllers, suggested maintenance and cleaning regimes and the expected operating parameters. Going forward we will be installing more AC units into other kennel blocks and we will definitely be using O'Hara again. 5 stars all the way.
