AlayaCare

Alayacare is a 3 star product with a 1 star support, charging 5 star rates. The product has potential however over a 3 month period, in late 2019, it proved too unreliable. There were multiple performance issues which lasted over 3 months. Over this time key aspects of the scheduling functions and payroll functions would often (not always) fail without notice and on a regular basis. To a point where some key staff scheduling functions did not work for a 9 day period and we would have to check things manually with staff and clients. The issues eventually got resolved but they still insisted to charge the full rates despite key functions of their program not operating costing my business over 50 hours of additional administration and us losing at least 1 major client (when we missed a shift because we weren't informed that we had to manually check to systems scheduling shortfalls). It is an adequate system but over priced in its Market for the quality they deliver. I would not currently recommend.
