Arcadia Estate Agency are amazing! I would easily rate them as a 5 star Real estate! I really appreciate how they look after their tenants and the owners of the properties they manage. The unit we were renting sold and they did everything they could to help us find another unit. They even helped us with our move. I have never experienced such a high level of care from any other real estate. They are a wonderful, dedicated team who really care! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

The team made our time renting very stress free. We were with them through covid lockdowns, floods, financial crisis’ and all of which had no impact on the service we received during our time renting. Big shout out to their whole team, if I were to rent again, I wouldn’t use anyone else.

My experience walking into an open home inspection hosted by Zac and his assistant was poor. The assistant at the entrance held an uninterested demeanour and tentatively pointed us through. Upon entering the home, Zac was there who was already engaged in conversation and didn't notice me enter. After he was finished talking, Zac showed no interest in speaking with me (It might be because I was dressed a little daggy but who is to know).When approached with general questions about the property, Zac appeared frustrated but answered them anyway. After bringing up some of the damage and carpentry workmanship in the house, Zac become quite defensive and made up an explanation about the carpentry which made no sense to me, as a carpenter of 12 years.As I was leaving and said thanks, Zac avoided eye contact and walked away.Maybe I caught them on a bad day.

Arcadia started to manage one of my investment properties in July 2019. Before that time, I had dealt with many other property managers including some of the big names in the industry but I find that no one was ever better than Arcadia. As I have been so happy with the team so I transferred all my other investment properties around Brisbane to them after July 2021. The team at Arcadia is very professional, helpful and always takes the hassles out of me. Also, they have an internal utility team which is specialized in improving and maintaining properties at very cost-effective ways, and always try their best to protect my investments. As an owner of a property, I feel this is utmost important as I do not have to worry about being overcharged by some of the dishonest tradespersons out there or misled me into doing unnecessary repairs. The team had already assisted me to lease out 3 properties this year. They were all leased to great tenants at a very satisfactory rent and one property was even leased out within 24 hours after listing. The way that they stress on tenants screening is also very impressive. I would have no hesitation to give them more than 10 stars if I could. Thank you. Arcadia, I am super grateful for your help.
