Female Specific Training
I have been a client of Skye’s for a few months now ( after finding her on a FB ad) and cannot recommend her enough.I initially approached her with weight loss in mind but have gained so much more. I’m stronger, my mobility is so much better. I have multiple pre existing injuries from a car accident and she tailors all exercises to suit that.Skye is very generous with her time, knowledge, support and friendship.Her holistic approach to both physical and mental health specifically for women really separates her from other PTs

Female Specific Training
FST is an amazing gym and community. Skye takes the time to get to know your fitness level and what your goals are then designs programs to help you achieve them. I’ve learned so much about training as a female and how important to understand training with your cycles. Its help to improve my form and quality of workouts. Before joining FST, I regularly suffered from back pain. It was interfering with my job and my hobbies. I’m happy to say Skye has helped me correct this and I spend hours at the pottery wheel without pain. Thank you Skye!If you are looking for a great community of women, this is the place for you.

Skye is an outstanding trainer who is encouraging and very giving of her time and expertise. She’s all over any little body aches and niggles, and trains in a way that helps prevention of any injury. Can’t recommend FST more highly!
