TJM Caboolture

The photo attached is just a small piece of approx 3mtrs of melted electrical cable taken from inside the engine bay of my Y62 Patrol. TJM had left the cables they fitted laying on the exhaust which resulted in the damage seen in the photo.How TJM Caboolture could allow such bad quality workmanship done in there garage is atrocious.The melted electric cables where only discovered because one of the Airbags fitted by TJM Caboolture deflated during the trip while towing our 3.5t caravan as we drove from Queensland to SA.When I reported the problem to TJM they told me they would send a replacement to the garage in Adelaide doing the warranty inspection of which they never did.I called about the airbag as the garage doing the warranty check called me multiple times to let me know the airbag had not arrived to them. When I called TJM Caboolture again they said it was shipping today and then the next day they said it was out for delivery but could never provide a tracking number.As it turned out the airline had been run across the exhaust at the rear of car and it had also melted as a result of incompetent workmanship carried out at TJM CabooltureThe garage that discovered the damage where so disturbed by the discovery and the implications for the safety of my family did not charge me for replacing the melted cabling or the mechanics time as they intend pursing TJM Caboolture for the costs incurred.

Got a winch fitted here, went to uses it and it wasn't even bolted onto the winch cradle.... Could've been injuries or car damage because of it. Luckily there wasn't but far out, make of that what you will.

Helped me out with a suspension uograde - well priced and speedy service - will be back

Best to go in store for enquiries or speak to a fitter/mechanic, as the lady receptionist is not very knowlegable.

I ordered a part in February when I received it it was damaged and unusable. I have been given the run around ever since returning the item. I have spoken to DAMIEN numerous times and he says he will check on it and phone me back, not once has he called me back. They charged me ridiculous postage costs the first time and im still waiting for the replacement 3 months later. The service I have received from DAMIEN is the worst I have ever had, totally unprofessional. Will never use this company again.

DO NOT TAKE YOUT VEHICLE HEREI've foolishly spent a lot of money at this business. Their fitters are incompetent and the sales and management staff are liars.2 days after having an awning and roof racks fitted, one of the brackets connecting the awning to my racks fell off while driving, damaging my canopy and scratching the racks themselves.After that I've had my awning pulled out and set up, next thing I know out of nowhere my awning has collapsed, all the rods had bent and the knuckles had just about snapped off.I also had suspension fitted from here. I asked specifically for 450kg rates rear leaf springs which I was told I would get. After noticing my suspension had completely sagged in the rear end I took the vehicle back for tjm Caboolture to inspect and they told me the leafs had inverted. They could not find any of my information on their system but said they will see what they could do about replacing the leaf springs. 2 weeks went by and I heard nothing from them. Since then I've had my mechanic fit new suspension at my own expense and to my disbelief I got a call from them saying the tjm leafs are only 100kg rated springs even tho they were sold to me as 450kg springs. I have been back to tjm twice and tried calling their owners but nobody is willing to even discuss it with me.Again, do not take your vehicle to this shop. Their products are rubbish and even for someone like myself who has spent over $5,000 here they refuse to rectify any of their issues. By far the worst company I've ever had to deal with and will be reccomending any one in the market for 4x4 assecories to take their business as far away from tjm Caboolture as possible
