MCAS Ringwood

Bad experience. Bought a pair of motorcycle boots from the Ringwood store. Tried it once but could not change gears because of the thickness. Called up to exchange but was turned down straightaway, reason being it's considered a used product even if it was only once. Was told that I can sell it second-hand online. Received a call one minute later claiming that I hung up on him. With that kind of attitude and a flat no to any exchanges without consideration, is it a surprise that a customer hangs up? I was then told that I can bring the boots there for them to take a look and maybe something can be worked out. Too little too late. Never going back there again.

The staff was amiable. Provided all the advice I needed to buy protective gear. I was a bit confused about what to purchase as a beginner. Thanks, folks.

Had a 1st class experience here today. Emailed the store 1st for Helmet advice. Max promptly responded with important questions then suggested a range as per my needs and budget. Upon visiting the store Max ensured that I was purchasing exactly the item as per the standards required for the event. Once we chose a helmet we then went through the fitting process to make sure the selected helmet fitted as it should. I wish every retail experience was like this, I would shop more!!Well done Max, add to that the store was busy with customers and phones calls, never at any stage did this lessen the experience for me!

Great accessories for bikes. Clothes and anything bike. Good easy parking and super friendly.

Have delt with max a few times now, couldn’t be happier. Great guy with tons of knowledge and very helpful. Only bike shop I’d buy off from now on.

Came in on the 16th for a new helmet and jacket. service was top notch (didn’t grab your name, but you know who you are). This is the place to go, vast range of products and knowledgeable staff make this the most complete gear shop I’ve ever visited. Was a pleasure, I’m sure to be back soon

Been to the store twice in the last few months and made purchases both times. I was served by Max on both occasions and I was very happy with his honesty and advice. Despite the store being busy he was friendly and patient with my questions. Excellent service.

Good customer service and an impressive range of gear and accessories.

Just got my L yesterday and stopped at the store to check some gears out. Their staffs are very friendly, know their products very well and extremely patient, end up buying everything I needed. They have a huge range of collection. As a new rider, I don't know much at all and asked too way many questions, and I think it took me over an hour to choose which jacket to get and when ever I need some help, the staff member is always there to assist. Even at the end there was a misunderstanding in the pricing, but they resolved it professionally. Very very happy and thank you for your patience.

I purchased a helmet and glovesj ust over a week ago, on the day customer service was below average, I took helmet home for the misso as a gift to find it didn't fit . As a rider of many years I know the guidelines of returning helmets .it's clear the helmet hadn't been worn yet the manager at Ringwood store made every excuse not to refund the money when they didn't have a smaller size , not only his people skills his attitude sucked aswell I won't recommend or shop there again
