Allied Express Transport

Their couriers are pieces of trash. One knock and run to their vehicles to report to their boss that the customer isn’t available. Rude and fails to collect freight. You can thank Colin and Michelle Mcdowell for setting up that filthy work culture.

Is absolutely disappointing that I spend all my day off sitting on my bed waiting for a delivery that never arrive.You guys have not sense of what is costumer care means, I made my purchase last week on wed and just until today you guys apparently collect the purchase and it’s says that it will be delivered today but nobody arrive.You guys should respect the customers, I understand that some delays could happen but the right thing is let the costumer know that the package it will not be delivered.

Delivered today 28/12 —- 2 big and heavy boxes. The driver would not leave it inside my house, said it’s a covid policy —- BUT asked me to help him carry these big boxes out of his van with his face less than a meter away from mine!! Were is your assistant to help you lift it? Poor and lazy excuse of a driver… He broke the packaging boxes while offloading and left it on my front lawn and drove away.. Why could he not have picked it up and taken it with him!!

Was in the city today and an Allied Express van cut me off on the intersection when it was my right of way. He saw me going straight and turned infront of me almost causing an accident. You need to emphasise to your driver's about safety first not safety fifth.

Placed an order for a tent with Anaconda who use Allied Express for their deliveries. I ended up having to cancel the order because the courier company wouldn't deliver the item. They claim to have attempted delivery two Fridays ago. My husband was home all day and nobody came near our place. He rang Allied Express and arranged for the courier to deliver the tent on the Friday just gone. Again no delivery or phone call. The tracking for the item said the same thing for days On board for delivery". I think if it's a heavy or large item the driver can't be bothered dealing with they just don't deliver it and then claim they tried to deliver but nobody was home. So now Anaconda have lost a sale for using this useless company. I will never ever use Allied Express ever again. The customer service when you ring Allied Express is almost non existent. I was worried after reading all the negative reviews, but my experience was excellent. A heavy (75 kg) item was sent from Melbourne to my address in Perth by an Ebay seller via Allied Express. It arrived in time, undamaged and the friendly delivery driver carefully unloaded it and moved it to the spot in my garage where I wanted it. I couldn't wish for more.

I had a 57kg item sent from Brisbane, pickup driver was amazing very friendly and helpful. I then flew to WA to receive the item the delivery driver was incredible. It was here within three business days !! That is crazy! Best prices too!

Ordered a delivery from Kmart, I was watching the delivery guy go to the back of his van and go straight to the letterbox to put the ‘we missed you’ note in there, not even attempt to knock on my door, it was maybe 5 metres from the letterbox to the door? I then had to order online for it to be rebooked for delivery so I selected the next day delivery. Then received a text saying it was on the ready for delivery that day and it didn’t even turn up. I’m home all the time so I was waiting with no tv on so I would hear the tv and now what was suppose to be a Mother’s Day present will probably come after. You guys had 1 job.

Just like anyone else before me noted, my delivery that was due today never came. When I called customer service I was advise that the driver might have had vehicle issues or had to go home! They do not call customers letting them know if there is a problem as the drivers are not provided with a company phone. I do not even understand how this company can still operate after an interminable chain of very negative reviews.

I waited in all day for a delivery and it never showed up. I called them and rearranged for another day. Called them on the day to check that the delivery was coming and was advised it would be with me between 5-7pm. At 11:30am I was just leaving my house when the delivery driver turned up. He advised he finished at 3 it would never have been 5-7pm.To top it off the item was damaged in transit.
