Coldflow Heating & Cooling

Requested a quote for a ducted system through the online portal. I was initially contacted with a few questions via text which i answered to the best of my ability. Since my last answer to a question by coldflow, there has been silence. That was over 2 weeks ago. I did not receive the promised quote. The company never requested to attend my home for a visual inspection, nor did they tell me they were unavailable or uninterested in my job. Some of the most basic things in customer service are lacking in this company. I would not trust them or waste your time

If i could give Coldflow a 0 i would. Terrible company, where do i start. From installation of my split system the workers were extremely unprofessional. It sounded like they were having a loud party with there mates in front of my property. They had there loud music playing, laughing, smoking on the roof as witnessed by my neighbour. They dropped there rubbish, soft drink cans all over the place. I was pregnanct and sick while there were all extremely loud and swearing outside amongst themselves. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful attending a job at someones private residence with unacceptable conduct. Not once did they ask me if i was okay with them smoking on my property, being pregnant as well.Second issue was that they improptly decided to install the aircon split system in my driveway blocking access from larger vehicles parking down the driveway. When i contated coldflow they were disinterested and declined assisting relocation of the unit to a more suitable location that isnt blocking high traffic areas for vehicles and doesnt pose a safety risk to children running down the driveway. Possibly slicing there face open when playing. They declined accountaibility for this and kept reinstating that the location the unit was installed in had been discussed with the installer (Brian). Typically lazy and doesnt care that i am now unable to lease my property and will have to spend large out of pocket costs to relocate the unit as per my agent. Declines responsibility for this even though the property allowed for othersuitable installation locations that wouldnt have been a problem. Please do not go ahead with this company they dont care about you as a customer or your experience with they typically just want your money and then see ya later. If there is an issue they will not take any accountability . I do not recommend them at all. I have found pure efficient plumbing to be a much better option, honest company. I have attached photos of the A/C that sticks out my driveway.An update to my review. No one has contacted me. This comment saying we are working with you fron coldflow is an absolute lie.

This company is unprofessional. And before they do the service they require 50%deposit then after you pay the deposit they keep playing around with you. They will say we will come next week to do the service. After that no one shows up and when you call they will tell you to call up the person who will do the job after you call the person who will do the job that person will tell you to call his company for a specific date and time of when the service will be done that’s after they agree with you on the phone when the service will be done “verbally agreement”. They will just eat you time and money. Time wasters. Daniel is the shiftiest person. I have been given a quotation by Daniel and I agreed to it then after that he told me to pay 50% deposit then after I paid him the deposit he then told me that this job will be done privately by him and that he will not tell his company about it and I told him are you going to issue me with an invoice he said no.

Coldflow did a very good job installing a full heating system at my rental property in clayton. I would like to thank the installation team. My special thanks goes out to Nick the installer. He is very good at his job . Do ask for Nick if you want a great job done. Coldflow is lucky to have him. He is not afraid to share his knowledge.

I had a reverse cycle system installed. Very happy with the whole process from sales person, electrician and the installers. They were very professional and explained everything thoroughly.Extremely impressed with the whole seamless process. I definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

What a pleasant and professional experience from start to finish. Lots of other dodgy companies that I got quotes from and some other good ones but in the end Coldflow gave the best quote, was the nicest and quickest company to deal with, and they have been doing air conditioning for a long time so I knew I could trust them. Fast and courteous installation, amazing clean up and finally we have air conditioning. Don’t hesitate to work with this company for your peace of mind.

Great customer service until you mention an issue that you want rectifying.The installer (Kingston) was pushy and installed the outside motor on the wall instead of the roof- when Brian came out we agreed on the roof. When I called Brian about this after the installation, he was very dismissive and almost rude. He said I would have to pay $500+ extra to get it moved to roof (as originally discussed and agreed upon). His solution was for me to wait a few days to see if it’s still an issue then contact him.Once they have your money and business they don’t care anymore!!
