Great accommodation, I can recommmend for good shower, comfy beds, large rooms and a decent office chair to help get work done while on the road.Was less excited about the food, i had a fettuccini dish with mushroom and bacon, and it was mediocre/stodgy. Perhaps the other meals are a lot nicer. I know that management were concerned about my food experience which should provide hope!Checkin was smooth - staff are super helpful. :-)I plan to stay here again on my next trip.

We were looking for a good “Pub” meal and the Leichhardt Hotel fitted the requirements perfectly! The two steak meals were sooooooo appetising and cooked precisely! A big thanks to the effervescent Caroline and her crew!Paul and Alanna.

Arrived early evening for dinner and a couple drinks. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had young children and they were more than happy to cook their meals first up.Food was great, beer ice cold.The staff took initiative to help our kids with activities while we enjoyed our meals.

Tried the big tomahawk steak last night, amazing well presented steak was perfect potato jacket was amazing never had one like it.Super impressed with this small towns monster feed

Arrived in Cloncurry this morning & asked a local where was a good spot for lunch. She suggested the Leichhardt Hotel & when we checked it out, they were doing a Mother's Day special. We booked a table & weren't disappointed. Friendly staff, quick service & the food was yummy. Hubby ordered the pork ribs (pictured), they were delicious and I opted for the special Chicken Wellington, with honey mustard mash & veg. When it came out, it had salad & chips. When we queried it, it was quickly returned, many apologies and returned as it should be ..... and yummy. Would definitely recommend.
