Love this place! Kristie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and is always there to with a smile to push her members everyday. Her love and passion for CrossFit and her community shines through in everything she does, and if you train here you won't leave the same.

I started at Crossfit Hastings a couple of weeks ago and my start out there has been great.I thought about joining a crossfit gym for a while but between having 2 x babies and my own self doubt I didn’t do it until my partner enquired with crossfit Hastings.My introduction session was great where tony took me through some basic fitness moves while also observing how the classes run.My fitness was at a all time low after having 2 babies back to back. Tony was great and noticed that I needed one on one coaching to get my fitness up and to coach me in safely executing all crossfit moves.This has been a great experience as now my confidence is starting to grow.Everyone at crossfit Hastings has been so welcoming and lovely ! Unlike a lot of other gyms I felt no intimidation, as everyone had been so welcoming.

My husband and I started CrossFit two weeks ago and wish that we’d found this years ago! Every coach/trainer is AMAZING. Have learnt so much and already seeing results. Such a friendly environment. Highly recommend to anyone of any fitness level. It’s 100% worth every cent.

Such a great facility with a great vibe. Kristy is awesome. She has great energy and helps me tailor the exercises to suit my body.

Crossfit Hastings is one the best gym I’ve ever been to. The friendliest most inviting members from the moment I met them! The coaches are not only welcoming, easy going and funny, but provide a wealth of knowledge to help me maintain my fitness and strive for my goals! They also have a great child care session that my baby girl loves to go to! I LOVE these people and this gym!
