These guys are the absolute best. Myself and even now my whole family just purely trust iMend Phones. They're so down to earth and understand where you're coming from. My life tends to be on my phone so I feel like I can trust them with my 'life' when I come in, which is massive for me as I deal with anxiety. Can't recommend these guys enough! PS- If you ever think the price is 'pricey', trust me when I say it's worth every dollar seeing them. :)

Excellent service from the team. They quickly and expertly fixed my daughters touch screen at a very reasonable price. Great location with parking out back. Extremely good communication with a courtesy text the next day to check everything was OK with the repair. Highly recommend.

My phone camera started playing up and was blurry so I couldn’t take photos. I took it somewhere else initially and they actually made it worse. I have had my screen replaced at iMend in the past and they were great, but I wasn’t sure if they fixed cameras so I called and THEY DO!They were prompt to order the part and book it in. My phone camera is now back to perfect and the team there was super friendly. Definitely recommend! ☺️

I mend phones replaced both my battery & screen on my old iPhone 6. The work was done quickly & punctually & was back up & running in no time. The customer service was great & I was contacted a few days later to ensure I was happy with the work performed & to see if the phone was performing well. Very happy with service & price.

Fantastic service and fast! The team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Most importantly the team were transparent with what they would need to do, what they might find and what the outcomes could be.An iPhone 11 Pro caught in a restart loop pretty much had me bricking my phone but the guys at iMend saved the phone at a fraction of a cost of a replacement phone.Been on the sunny coast for work meetings and have told 6 different local clients how good iMend were

New battery: I made an appointment first, arrived a bit early, and was seen right away. I needed to replace my iPhone battery that was showing 85% juice on charge; it was getting old. I found this fix cheaper than a new phone for the moment. The staff member, Aaron, was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The price was right, and the service was prompt—about an hour or less for a new battery install. I was very pleased. I've had my mother-in-law visit too for a battery (she is a little old lady and reported that they treated her very well and were kind). I'll return if I need a phone fix!

Amazing service, these guys are relentless at making sure you have an amazing experience. We get all our phones, computer speakers, computer screens and pretty much any computer repair you can think of done with these guys. Old fashioned service for new world technologyWhat a relief to have such a reliable and friendly and affordable local business. I urgently needed to replace a battery that packed it in on my mothers much loved iPhone 6s. My mother is in her 90s and lives on her phone! She relies on her phone for everything - news: weather:banking: keeping in touch with the family - she can not live without her phone for a single hour! All my worries disappeared when I contacted iMend Maroochydore and Aaron and the team had it sorted and ready to go in minutes - absolutely incredible customer service! The new battery changeover was seamless - no more tears or fears - thank you so much - you are amazing!

I’ve been using these guys since they began their business. They are hands down the best repairers of any device in QLD if not nationally.At one stage they were servicing my fleet of 160 mobile devices and even selling me reconditioned devices. They are relied upon for all of the major phone/device work around the place.Don’t waste your time with “Mr fixit’s” at the shopping centre, they use inferior products to repair your phones. These guys at least give you an option and communicate the difference in products, or where prudent tell you that you are wasting your time. And if your job is too hectic for “Mr Fixit’s”, it’ll probably up here anyway with a 15% surcharge.I highly recommend iMend Phones for any repair, reconditioned purchase or just honest advice.
