Snowy River Holiday Park

Thank you to Lloyd & his team for a lovely 4 night stay. Very clean amenities, large sites, clean country air, close to the ski fields but away from the crowds. I hope this place keeps the friendly relaxed atmosphere for next time. One of the best parks I’ve stayed in.

This is a tranquil location nestled right beside the Snowy River. Unfortunately, the Gulars also populate the trees on Mass in early summer. The noise is unfortunate; however, the flock move on in bad weather or when they decide to. It's worth checking this out before heading there. We had no luck fishing, although I'm told it is a good spot to consider. Best to fish some distance from the Snowy River Holiday park, although all in good walking distance. The park is magnificent, tidy and well-appointed. It's a very short drive from Berridale and worth consideration as it is so close to the larger damns in the area. If you want to stay out of the tourist hustle and bustle, this is your place.

Dalgety caravan park is a hidden oasis. This exceptionally well maintained and clean caravan camping ground is managed by owners who truly care. Set amongst popplers trees on the banks of the snowy river and away from all the fuss of everyday modern life, this is a place where you can safely unwind. This facility has really well stocked communal areas and the communal showers, recently renovated are clean and well maintained. We have camped here during Easter time and during snow season. During snow season, the owners would turn on the heaters for us at 4.30pm everyday so we would come back to a warm place and the communal shower area also has a heater to keep it warm. The local pub is the perfect place to have a meal after a long skiing day. We highly recommend this tourist park. It is a little gem.

Spent 2 nights here whilst seeing a friend and can't recommend highly. Cabin was homely and warm and Lloyd was a great host.Recommend going to the pub for a drink and a meal as well

Fantastic little hidden peace of paradise on the banks of the snowy river. Cabins were well equip and very clean. Llyod is a gem himself. So accommodating and knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to return to the Snowy River Holiday Park.

Leslie was so amazing. I called trying to find a place for my son as his booking at diggins fell through and she was amazing finding a place for him. So friendly and accomodating. I can relax knowing he has a friendly park to rest up in while visiting the snow.. thank you Snowy River Holiday Park..i spoke to so many rude operators today but Leslie was so beautiful and helpful.. will stay there on my next trip

Great location, clean amenities, very tidy caravan park. Pub across the road is fantastic. Lloyd is full of info, always good for a chat. Make sure you put aside some time to spot a platypus!

This is an awesome park with absolutely spotless amenities, fantastic camp kitchen with all the equipment you could need, beautiful swimming spot with a rope swing and really convenient to Thredbo and Jindabyne. Pub across road is gorgeous and the owner was fabulous. We will be back!
