Ian was every bit as helpful as the other positive reviews led me to expect. Frustrating that our problem magically fixed itself when we pulled up. Ian investigated carefully and we were very happy .

The lads were flat out, suggesting I prepare the burnt wiring from the second battery, remove the battery box,, and they be more able to help. Very tidy refit of burnt wires, relay and circuit breakers, professional job under the pump. Thankyou sincerely.

Ian was as amazing as the other reviews. He replaced a faulty connection to our car fridge with a better type for a reasonable price, and did it while we waited. Excellent service!

Really refreshing to know that old fashion service and integrity still exists.Ian the owner is a really decent person. We have a VW Caddy and were worried about waiting a long time to get an alternator for a European car in the out back. He ordered it and it arrived the next morning.Ian personally went to get it from the depot so we could hit the road earlier than when it was due to be delivered. Highly recommended

Ian was just the best. We arrived with an electrical issue on our caravan, he completed initial problem and then discovered another problem. He quickly got the parts overnight and installed the next working day. He did not gouge us with costs and did a fantastic job. Whilst he is an auto electrician he definitely knows a lot about caravan electrical as well. We highly trust and praise Ian for his work and professionalism. He is truly an outback hero for us! Were extremely helpful in getting us fixed up and back on our travels quickly. We had dragged an andersen plug on our caravan (my fault for not attaching to car properly) and they fixed it in the time it took us to get a coffee in a nearby coffee shop. Very well priced. Fantastic experience.

Had a glow plug issue. Ian got us into his very busy schedule the very next morning and sorted it out like an absolutely true professional he is. As we couldn’t wait 2 days for parts he problem solved and came up with a fit for purpose value for money solution that will last forever if we choose not to fix by the book.
