I have had nothing but amazing experiences with Clare, every time I sit in her chair! She has worked her magic on my hair time and time again, and I always look forward to going back! The whole team is energetic and friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to all things hair. I would definitely recommend anyone at The Ivy, especially Clare!

The Ivy is a lovely salon. The staff are friendly, capable and willing to listen to the clients. The salon is clean, and their coffee and brownies are great. I always leave The Ivy feeling pampered and looking forward to my next visit! I highly recommend this salon.

Highly recommend this salon! They have a beautiful environment and Clare was amazing and took such good care of me. First time getting my hair professionally coloured, it’s wonderful seeing your hairstylist as excited for your hair as you are. We discussed everything thoroughly, including colour shades, different styles, duration and price before we got started, which made me feel very comfortable and taken care of. Definitely will be coming back!

Highly recommend! I was a bit nervous going in as I wanted to try a fringe and Carla took the time to sit with me before my appointment and made me feel really listened to and looked after. I was so happy with the outcome and the vibes inside the salon were so fun!

I can’t recommend this Salon highly enough. The staff were lovely and regularly checked-in on how I was going throughout the appointment. Kayleigh was incredible - I loved how she asked questions to understand exactly what I wanted and explained each step as she went. The coffee and cake were also a nice touch. In the end, I left with the perfect balayage and cut. Thank you to the team at The Ivy for Hair!

Came here today for a cut, style and blow dry with Kayleigh and it was brilliant! Really friendly and listened to what I wanted while providing her professional opinion. Overall a really great experience! Unfortunately I’m only visiting Australia otherwise I’d absolutely go back!!

After 7 years of being a 24/7 live-in carer for my parents my natural curly hair was unkept, self cut, died, stripped & frankly hideous (think Einstein on a bad hair day). Thanks to Kayleigh I walked out with tame hair, cut to suit my face shape & a plan for growing it out with style. I should also mention I’m autistic with ADHD & did not leave the store feeling overwhelmed & agitated with a bunch of products I don’t remember saying yes to buying, which was really nice and unexpected. Normally I find going to the hairdressers leaves me feeling like I’ve spent a week stuck in one of those mirror mazes, so to come away feeling relaxed was amazing.
