Quality of work is to be desired, doesn't turn up when needed or refuses to come. Sent him to do some work at my grandparents place and couldn't follow direction. Upset the oldies and screamed at them on the phone saying he couldn't find the place and refused to go. Rang him back to confirm and his rudeness on the phone, plainly refused to attend. Gave him another chance to do more cleaning did the same as above to someone else. Do not recommend this too bit operation.

JWY cleaning are unreliable, uncooperative and does not return your calls or messages. Refused to come at time suitable to me and they stated will drive off if you are not in car park of apartment within 5 mins. Would not recommend this company. Look elsewhere don’t take the risk.
