Dr Tan and the staff at Marsden Eye Specialist are very professional in all aspects of their practice. From the welcoming smile at the front desk through to the nurses, professional staff and assistants, they take care of the patients as if they were family. Dr Tan has been my specialist for 4 years and his engaging and calming manner have always made me feel comfortable each time I visit.

Following my previous specialist's retirement, I was referred to Dr. Agar by my optician, John Molloy. I found Dr. Agar friendly and efficient, professional and happy to discuss any queries I had about my vision. The Penrith practice itself is extremely well laid out with plenty of room for patients on comfortable seating. There's an air of good humour that certainly relaxed me, so much so that I chatted to the nice lady that arrived after me. I can happily recommend Marsden.

Dr Tan is a lovely man, very dedicated to my care. Dr Koh is lovely as well! Excellent service by the team, I wish the treatment is a bit cheaper, but it’s necessary to preserve my vision. Reception is sometimes a bit distant but overall is okay!

Staff were friendly.Doctors not punctual, waited 30 minutes after the appointment time then was finally seen, and the dr had OUT OF DATE (from 10/2/23) products on their desk. I Walked out. Will not return.

My father has been seeing Dr Tan for a number of years. He is always welcomed in a friendly manner and feels comfortable. Dr Tan explains things clearly enabling my father and I to understand any problems, issues or general eye care/health. Dr Tan also arranged my fathers cataract removal. My father and I would highly recommend Dr Tan .
