The staff here are very friendly, helpful and highly competent. I've been to other shops which seem to be run by people who want to fund their racing habit, and tend to talk down to you. This shop is the exact opposite. The staff always listen carefully to what I want and never make me feel pressured to buy anything. Thanks guys!

I was delighted with the customer service provided by Kassie at 99bike Lidcombe. As someone on the shorter side, I was looking for an ebike that was compact enough and could accommodate a baby seat at the rear. Despite searching at 99bikes locations in Castle Hills and North Parramatta, I was unsuccessful in finding the perfect ebike for me. As a last resort, I visited the Lidcombe store where I was fortunate enough to meet Kassie. She was incredibly patient with our requests and went above and beyond to help us choose and install several baby seats onto the bike. Kassie's professionalism and expertise were evident as she efficiently assessed the store's available options and made modifications to ensure the seat fit our bike. Without Kassie's assistance that day, I doubt I would have found the ideal ebike for me. Thank you so much for all your help! I just wanted to say sorry if we caused any trouble that day. I know you were super busy, haha!

I came to this store for support on a bike I'd recently purchased online which had unexpected quality issues. The manager of the store, Georgia Bonora, inspected the bike and undermined my claim as she tried to convince me that I'd done more cosmetic damage to the bike than was even visible. Her inspection of the bike included testing the front hydraulic fork while the bike was suspended in the air with zero resistance from the ground, which speaks to her incompetence in regard to her actual bike knowledge. She then kept me waiting for several days for a response from upper management as she couldn't use her own discretion regarding the state of the bike (which had been ridden twice only). Even though I spent an hour in the store with another sales person who helped me choose a more suitable bike to swap with, she led me to believe it was not looking good" due to the "severe damage to the frame" which was a gross overstatement. I wouldn't recommend dealing with her in future if you need the discretion of a manager regarding your safety and satisfaction of a product. To be clear
