What a great find. From the first consultation right through until the final product acquisition, this experience was proactive and professional and we achieved exactly what we were after. Our invitations were unusual, and Paperworld went out of their way to accommodate and listen to what our requests were, even spending hours looking for images to suit our design. Their patience along with after hours consults were extremely accommodating. Their years of expertise and professionalism was evident and their recommendations along the way in collaboration with our requests lead to a polished and amazing product. We received only positive feedback regarding our wedding stationery, and they really set the scene for our wedding theme. Their prices were extremely competitive, and the cheapest by far, without compromising their overall service and product standard. Found it hard to believe how affordable your wedding products are, the wedding invitations where fantastic, would not hesitate to recommend you to all of our friends. That's for making our wedding day so special!

Service was extremely poor and the people that worked there very argumentative, claiming that we had no idea as to what we wanted. Upon placing a deposit for our first draft of the wedding invitations we were guaranteed they would be completed and ready for inspection within two weeks. Fast forward 8 weeks later and the drafts were still not completed. My fiance called them to inquire about when they would be completed only to be told 'They will be ready, when they are ready.' before hanging up on him. When the drafts and subsequent approval had been carried out we later found out that the assembly of the invites was DIY, which had not been brought to our attention at any stage. Of course we had to purchase the materials to complete this ourselves eg double sided tape, correct glue, ribbon. We had also hired a wishing well through them. The deposit was $100 and came with a carry bag which if lost would incur a $20 charge to be removed from the original deposit. During the course of the wedding, the carry bag was damaged and thrown out by someone not aware of this rule. My now Husband returned the wishing well explaining that he understood the conditions of the deposit and that it would now be only $80 returned to us. Whomever served him instead of being understanding shook their head and muttered that he was an 'idiota' under his breath. We were given $75 back.I would never recommend this business to anyone unless they feel like being a glutton for punishment.

We first visited Paperworld looking for specific paper and stationary to create our own wedding invitations. Upon arrival, we discovered that Paperworld offered so much more. We started talking to Alberto who was very helpful and knowledgeable on how to achieve our unique ideas. He also put into perspective and explained the difficulty of making our own invitations without the correct tools and ultimately we would not have achieved a professional result like we did. At no extra cost, and at his own will, Alberto spent a few days working on a template for our design, emailing us a draft which we were extremely happy with. The time spent on getting this right for us, the clear explanations of costs and stationary choices and the finishing of the product were done to a high standard and made this process one less stress for us in a very hectic time. Rest assured that we will be using Paperworld again for all our printing needs in the future.
