I have been coming here for along time, yesterday will be the last. After hana was applied she asked me how the shape was, I expressed my dissatisfaction and was told it was just my eyebrow shape so I asked her to remove it. I also told her the ends of my eyebrow are stinging but was ignored. At this point I never intended to write a review, perhaps she's had a bad day. Went to pay and was charged for the hana saying it was their business policy.... was surprised, but the worst part was when she blatantly lied about having the conversation stating that I will still be charged for hana....never happened she knows that. To the owner listen to your customers, zero business professionalism.

I thought I would give a review after reading all the bad ones. I walked in today for the 1st time to get my legs waxed. The job was done fast and properly, and it was cheap. I am really happy with the result. The 2 girls were friendly, listening and singing indian music which was lovely. The only problem is when you open the door of the waxing area, people can see you from the street and from the waiting room, so it's lacking some privacy I would say. Lucky it wasn't busy when I went there.I will def go back, just need to remember to cover myself before they walk in ! ;)

Before coming in, I called and specifically asked if Amanda was working today and the lady on the phone said yes. I went in to be told she is on maternity leave. I didn’t appreciate I was told a lie over the phone, just for me to come in. Amaan has worked on my eyebrows patiently for over 8 months, and we finally got it to where I wanted them. I asked to follow her work, but now I lost my shape and brows are thinner and shorter. At the end, I told her it’s good, because obviously I didn’t want them touched anymore. Hopefully I will grow into liking them. This time, I felt I didn’t get a friendly, full service I usually get with Amaan. She rushed through the whole thing, didn’t powder before or lotion them after. However 5 stars to this place because of my brow lady Amaan, and I will be back when she returns

I got threading done on my eyebrows which was painless. That shows the expertise of the staff. But while waxing my face, the staff dropped over some warm wax on my mane and the hair got bunched. She was apologetic and managed to dissolve the wax with some solution and got rid of the wax spills. I would appreciate if they can be little extra careful with their clients. I would still recommend this place.

I don't recommend getting your eyebrows threaded here. Though the shape was ok, the lady who did it was very quick and I was left with tiny cuts all over... she also wasn't able to get out some finer hairs.

I had an amazing experience here. It was my first time trying this place and I highly highly recommend especially for getting threaded. Raj did a great job and did them just how I wanted.It’s hard finding a good brow place as they usually make them too thin or just not the right shape. But this place was perfect, and these are the best brows I’ve had.Raj was quick, understanding and very patient. Definitely a go to!!Great job girls

Got three cuts on my brows. Paid $20 for it although most places do it for $10. Hurts and didn't finish the corners, there's still hair left.

The skills of the staff are great, but the chair is not made for the job and having to slide down so that my body was at an angle to the back rest and balance my head on the back of the chair and stay that way during threading and lash/brow tint saw me paying a remedial masseuse the next day.
