Adam Li is the best property manager I have ever had and I would definately recommend him and Ray White Broadbeach Waters to everyone who has property to rent in GC. Adam has been very helpful in keeping my property in check, never misses to update me on what's going on, proactively negotiates rent with tenents, hard working even during weekend to communicate any urgent matters with owner and tenents. I am very happy with the service and his team has provided.

Adam Li is my property manager. I have dealt with multiple property managers before(from big and small agencies), and I have to say Adam is the best property manger I have seen. He actually care about the landlord and the house, he doesn't mind going through the trouble to find the most effective and cheapest solutions. I remember when I gave Adam my house to manage, the aircon was broken, the last property manager said it need to be replaced and it will cost me $3000, Adam went in had a look and he had it fixed for $300. Adam is quick to respond, you can call him on a Sunday afternoon, and he will get it sorted. I wouldn't go to another property manager in a million years

Mitch Slattery was very professional and honest about the expectations regarding the sale of our property in Broadbeach Waters, went full on with the advertising, contacting people to facilitate the sale and communicated very well with us , it was not easy to deal with tenants in the property but they came around because of his work. I enquied about buying a property in Helensvale. I spoke to a new agent Bailey Collie. I had just missed out on the 2 bedroom Villa but aparantly my offer of 500k would have sealed the deal.As a single, well educated professional it is apalling to be told we don't want your contact details for future opportunities
