My wife and I cannot heap enough praise on Rapid Response Rapid Cleaning and their owners Ty and Kendal for going well and beyond with the exterior cleaning of our house. They did an amazing job, ensuring that we were happy with every aspect of the job (e.g., cleaning of the render, bricks, driveway, etc.). But we were just blown away by something they discovered and helped us with that was well beyond the scope of their job. I will spare the details as it will make for a very long review, but most companies would have walked away as the issue was clearly not their responsibility to address. But, not Ty and Kendal. They looked after our house like it was their own. They went away and came back to us with a solution for the problem they had discovered and would not rest until the problem was resolved. They said this is just what they do, but we cannot express how grateful we are to them. They will definitely be our first point of call for our next house wash and have our strongest recommendation, if you are considering a house wash in Melbourne and value reliability.

We are extremely pleased with the work done today by Rapid Response Pressure Cleaning. They cleared away over 15 years of grime off our pavers and driveway so they look almost new. They also cleaned mould growing on our tin roof. Ty and Kendall were always pleasant and worked extremely hard all day. Exceptional work.

Ty and Kendal did an amazing job on our double story raw cedar house. Over the years the house had built up a huge amount of mould and algae which made the house look almost black in places making it very patchy and it is now back to a beautiful uniform light/honey cedar colour. We also had them do our decking as well which also came up fantastic. They had great communication throughout from inspection, quote to completion and made sure I knew what to expect (although they went above and beyond to meet my expectations). They had great attention to detail and cleaned areas that I’d expected them to miss. Being an older home we did have waterproofing issues but Kendall was inside assuring no water came through the windows.All in all we would highly recommend :)
