My Husband and I are patients of this clinic and we find the receptionist are always very helpful and very professional and friendly , the nurse at this clinic is amazing and the doctors we see are excellent and very caring and take there time.Thank you

Took my 9 month old daughter in to this clinic to have a check up as our usual Doctors Clinic was fully booked.. She has a virus and is at day 5, coughing and bringing up mucus, still running temps in mid 38’s and is refusing feeds and drinking minimal amounts of breastmilk as everytime she swallows she cries.. I explained to the doctor and he told me she is a chubby baby so she will be fine and to give her some other fluids like cordial?! When I said I’m concerned she will become dehydrated he said no she is fine and to come back if she isn’t better in another 4days.. He then proceeded to stick his tounge out to her and laugh to try get her attention.. I’m not happy and it’s pretty safe to say I will not be returning!!

I have been long term customer from other clinic then I tried here one day and this is my family clinic for awhile now. The receptionists are very caring, polite and helpful. Doctors and nice and listen to you too.

This morning I had an appointment at 11:15. When I arrived, I was informed the Dr was behind scheduled and that there were three other patients waiting a head of me.After 35 minutes of waiting, it was time for me to get to another appointment and I advised the administrative staff that I had to leave and cancel the appointment.Now I understand that the unexpected can occur and I honestly wasn’t going to bother to write review but after leaving the clinic and reflecting on my experience I decided I wanted to leave some feedback.When I advised the receptionist I had to leave, her response was “He is almost ready for you” I politely told her “I had to go”. She responded with a shoulder shrug and I left.Now I get that it is not personally her fault but I got no apology for the delay, nor an explanation. As you’re the face of the clinic I would have appreciated a, “We are sorry for the delay”, “We apologise for the inconvenience” or “Would you like to reschedule?” But I got nothing… But. A. Shoulder. Shrug. Clearly they’re doing so well for themselves that they don’t need new clients.Now, I am not sure if it is this clinics policy but other clinics I’ve attended have got a no show fee. If I were to rock up late or no show, I would have received a bill for my non attendance. You value your time, I value mine.In summary…Receptionists need to work on their customer service skills and the Doctors need to work on their time management.

Could not see a doctor for 2 weeks, couldn't fit in a new customer. Wasn't impressed! Will not go back. Thought a GP clinic was to help people who are I'll, not this one. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place. All this GP clinic has done is take over to the Plaza car park and restrict access to the other shops.

Dr Cameron needs to learn to show abit of empathy for your patients. We are here for a reason & you shouldn’t make us feel uncomfortable for asking for your help or guidance in an area

After going there thinking I had an infection n 6 days later the doctor telling me it's OK no infection it could be a stone, he didn't tell me to follow it up or go to a specialist. And 5 weeks later found out I have bladder cancer that is really aggressive and have a 6% chance. I feel as if this doctor needs to be reviewed by the medical board. I'm quiet disappointed in the lack of advice I was given and hope no one else has to go through this as a result of this doctor.

Very friendly front office staff. So far, the drs seem attentive. They were able to see me within hours of calling and were able to help.

Ive been going to Gp health for a quite a few years, and this year they have treated me poorly at times.Ive had someone tell me at 11am that im leaving it too late" to book an appointment me to get a clearance to be back at work. I had only just been told I needed the clearances.I had to call and follow up my test results
