Been going here for years and I always feel well taken care of. The Receptionists on are always so kind and helpful. <3

My family and I have been attending this surgery for almost 40 years and the service and care received has always been impeccable. All Doctors and staff are so accommodating and thoughtful toward your needs. Could not recommend them all more highly.

A variety of services are offered. . The Heath care provided is thorough and well planned. I would defiantly recommend this clinic if you want a caring and supportive environment for yourself or your family.

I’ve been visiting Newtown medical centre alongside my family for 10 years now and have never had anything but the best and most professional service.Highly skilled doctors and a fabulous nurse. We recently moved to a farm and still choose to drive in to Newtown and o visit this practice.

I have been a patient of this clinic for over 40 years. Since the recent change in ownership the care and consideration of patients has drastically declined. I do not recommend this practice.

MISLEADING. DO NOT GO HERE. Booked my second COVID dose here so I could get it earlier than in a government run facility, where I got my first dose. I don't have Medicare. There is nothing in the website about needing Medicare, and I even prefilled a form online before my appointment and clicked having no Medicare twice and nothing was flagged. I even called beforehand to check if I could get vaccinated there cause I didn't get my first dose there. She didn't mention anything about Medicare. I got there and the receptionist said I can't get my dose without a Medicare card.... bold of this center to assume that everyone in Australia has Medicare. Please fix your system!

My family (two generations) have been customers of this practice for the past 30+ years under the one amazing GP who has now retired. Due to unaccommodating reception staff and an unsuccessful visit with one of the new doctors, I tried to book my daughter in with a more experienced doctor - only to be told they aren’t taking new customers. I would have thought after 30+ years at the practice we weren’t actually new customers? I guess the new management does not value loyalty anymore.
