Have been waiting to see a doctor for 6 hours. Still have not seen one. Not sure if the doctors are racist at this point since people have come after me and have seen the doctor.

Really rude staff. I showed up early in the morning with my baby who is an ex 25 premmie who had breathing problems. The first thing the lady says was why didn't you just call an ambulance" really rudely.Well because this clinic was only 2 mins from my house which is faster to get oxygen for my baby then waiting for an ambulance. These two nurses continued to ignore me and speak to me rudely. One was even rude to a nurse who was trying to help me.Not very nice to a mother who has not.slept all night and is worried about her baby.Well why should I be surprised at the treatment. I brought my older daughter a month earlier because she was limping and in pain. They said they were too busy

I went to here one night because my GP was booked out and my ears were incredibly painful. I knew it felt like ear infections but I was told it wasn’t and to just go home and take ibuprofen and over the counter ear drops. The next day I completely loose my hearing in both ears I continue using the drops though as I was instructed to do so. I then went to my regular GP a couple days later and he told me I have 2 ear infections and I have a bursted ear drum which has resulted in me being deaf for the next few weeks! So basically if you are looking for a place that misdiagnosis’s and will leave you with semi permanent damage look no further. I will never be coming back!

Once you get to see a nurse or Dr, the TLC is excellent, aprox 3 or 4 times we have visited. Thank you!!! However, the young dark haired girl on reception in the (main) Outpatients Hospital reception area should not be dealing with the public. Discussed later with others, they KNEW EXACTLY WHO we were describing and felt as we did.

Rude front Staff! ( receptionist) Just today we went for a check up for my baby . The doctor ask us to wait up outside in the waiting area for my baby’s script. I badly need to go toilet but no one can get a hold on my baby . I ask the front staff receptionist if she can let my partner go inside to hold my baby . But she rudely answered me “NO! He can’t! If you want put your baby outside. I understand if she is trying to control people inside BUT WHY DOES ANY OTHER PATIENTS HAD 2-3 people with one patient inside ? Why can’t i just let my husband to come inside just to hold the baby for a bit. And if its really not can you just approached nicely ??? Rather than being rude ? You don’t deserve working in a front desk with your behaviour. Such a disappointment!

Attended this centre with my 86 year old husband who was bleeding from a dressing on his ear from recent skin cancer surgery. We couldn’t fault the place from the friendly nurses at reception to the doctor who checked it all out and sent us home very happy with the treatment.

Thank you so much for the wonderful care and kindness everyone showed me last Wednesday when I was very poorly. I'm happy to be able to say that, thanks to your help, I am now on the mend. Merry Christmas!

I have used Gundu Pa a few times when I could not get a doctors appointment for one of my children. Every time I have been here the doctor on duty only see’s 1-2 patients max in an hour…. the doctor does however have plenty of time to chat and laugh in the staff room in between seeing patients??? I can never get my head around this. Why are they so slow when there are people unwell sitting for hours to see them

Our first time at the Ophthalmology Clinic at Wynnum Community Health Centre today. Excellent service from the helpful staff at the reception to the nurses and doctors. Definitely a 5-star facility.
