One star for the decent food.Service is a big nightmare. Slow and rude. No mention on menu or inside the restaurant that there is extra charge for sharing bowl ( which cost $2) or minimum order per person is one dish. After we ordered two dishes for three people, the lady owner came out and lectured the young waiter publicly that they do not accept two orders for three guests. She then came to inform us that we can oder another dish or accept to be charge $2 to share. We pitied the young waiter thus accepted the extra unwritten charge afraid that the young waiter will have to bare his boss's crude after we left. One of the dish we ordered was out of order so we then changed to something else they have on serving. Another dish we ordered is rice noodle they brought out yellow noodle we still accepted because we did not want to cause trouble to the young waiter. We just thought it is a vegan restaurant so we just have to be calm and treat bad with goodness. It was not the end, when we got the pill it was an extra $6 charge not $2 and the owner reasoned that you had three bowls. That was different to the verbal information they gave us, they said because we misunderstood not that they did not say clearly, the lady also said we should understand that the economy and inflation is hard for everyone. I said ok if you said like that then let me record exactly what you say so publicly everyone will know. She then blowed off and walked to the door saying that's fine

Loving Hut offers a wide range of vegan Vietnamese noodle soup and rice dishes. Located just 5 minutes walking distance from Bankstown station. Highly recommended vegan Asian restaurant with friendly staff.

Was in the mood for a vegan meal and Loving Hut exceed expectations for beautiful veg viet food. Some of my fave dishes done vegan style. Sweet and sour soup, lotus salad and fried tofu. All 3 items were devoured by my mum and I. I've been here before but it was a long time between visits so I'm glad we came back. It was half full and consistently busy with plenty of take away customers coming through. I will definitely return soon for another vegan viet meal.

Loving Hut Bankstown is the opposite of loving. There is only one word to describe the service: RUDE. We had lunch here, and politely requested for a few bowls to assist with serving our group better. The response from the staff member on the day was incredibly discourteous - we were greeted with a sigh and an extra surcharge because it costs extra to wash dishes". Mostly

Good vegan food but it took so long for our dishes. We had been waiting for half an hour and we got green papaya salad with prawn cracker on it. Then we asked whether it was green papaya salad or lotus root salad (as the lotus one comes with prawn cracker and the green papaya salad doesn't) then the waitress brought it to behind the cashier and took the crackers out then brought exactly same dish to us.We got papaya salad, tofu eggplant in Mongolian sauce and steamed vegan fish in ginger spring onion sauce.

Best vegan food! A mix of fresh veggie, tofu and faux meat dishes and a lot in between. Absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. We had a large group and they really looked after us. Highly recommended. I'll be back!

Vegetarian Vietnamese food that is taste and priced right, restaurant decor maybe but dated but the staff are friendly. And can accommodate what you want.
