Attended Centre com today to purchase an item. On arrival to the shop no staff available to assist. There was one worker behind the counter happily talking to a customer/friend about their most recent drinking experiences and how they had a good night out. The other worker was very busy helping another person and seemed to be run off their feet trying to assist everyone in the shop while the person behind the counter was busy discussing his night out. While I do not care about people going out and having a good night, I do care that this discussion happened during their work hours while customers needed to be served, hats off to the one worker trying their best to attend to everyone in the shop and to the person behind the counter, I hope your night out was worth it as everyone in the shop got to hear about it.

Kyan was great, he was full of knowledge and very helpful.I was having a hard choice deciding on a couple of items and he talked me through both with pros and cons of each item.He even got me a great discount price, which meant I could buy a couple of more things in store, all up a win win for both of us.I definitely recommend the service and prices at Centre Com Bendigo.Shame there isn't more staff at other stores like Kyan with good product knowledge.

Honestly amazing experience, the guy who was serving me helped me out so much when buying my new PC. Explained all the differences in Monitors to me and seemed just as excited as me when looking for everything I needed. Seriously the best experience here staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Slay!

Great staff, terrible management. If I go into a retail store, I expect to view the products before I purchase them. Otherwise, I could purchase for cheaper sight unseen online. Apparently asking someone to open a box is akin to opening the gates of hell and unleashing a demonic monster. No thanks.

Came to give this place 5 stars just to find that I have done that already couple of years ago! The service standard you get at this store is just brilliant! The effort the staff puts from a $15 cable to everything else is the top quality, across the board! You need anything mildly related to computers? Then head on to Centercom. The pricing is very competitive, they have a huge range, and did I mention how awesome the service is??

I have had such an amazing experience at this store. It normally takes me 2 hours to drive there but I keep going back as their customer service and going above and beyond to help their customers is something you don't see much anymore with other stores. One of the workers, Jerram, went above and beyond to help me with my PC yesterday. I'm very grateful. Thank you so much Centre com Bendigo!
