All I can say is I have not a single negative thing to say! I love the gym, the staff are amazing, the classes are where it's at and I do love a pt session! All in all I have never found a gym that I love to go to daily, it is like my second home! And I'm loving the results I'm seeing with the help of some lovely trainers! ❤️

I have trained with Emma weekly since the start of this year. She is so inspirational and always pushes me to be my best. I have gained a lot of confidence when it comes to working out now and actually enjoy going to the gym. I would highly recommend training with Emma

After having 5 kids, this gym has quickly welcomed me with open arms… I have always felt comfortable in my own skin, and warmly greeted at the door, even when I’m off with the fairies!! XxI drive 25mins to attend this gym and I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the South Burnett xx

I have been going here almost a year now & I was super nervous walking into a gym environment where everyone else is in such good shape. Truth is the staff here from Christian to Amber to Lydia & Jordy are amazing. Never felt uncomfortable & everyone there is just trying to be a better version of themselves. The last 1-2 months I have been training with Emma and she is hands down one of the most caring, knowledgeable trainers you will ever meet. Go in, see the facilities, use the massage bed, train with Emma, Jordy, Declan or Ken. You won't regret it.

After having a terrible experience within another gym quite some time ago, I had extreme gym anxiety. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with awesome smiles from people willing to help with whatever I needed. All the staff are fantastic!!!
