I can’t recommend Rami more highly, he is a wonderful, compassionate man who is the best at what he does with towing. If I could rate hime 10 stars I would, 5 stars doesn’t do him justice.

Thanks for staff Muffler's great service.It was first time for me to call towing service in Australia. So I was worried and scared a little. But he helped me well, solved the problem easily and He was nice guy as well. Even price was affordable !I really recommend this company, especially staff, Muffler.Although It was a short meeting, He gave me good impression and made me liking Australia more than before.I hope this company and Muffler always be happy. I really appreciate him.

Can’t thank you enough Rami. You were onsite quickly and importantly kind and helpful at a stressful time. Accidents right before Christmas aren’t what you need, and it helped to have your support to help when my car wasn’t able to be driven. Would highly recommend the Access 24hr towing service.

I needed to have my car towed early in the morning because my car was not drivable after an accident. Rami was very fast, friendly and made the whole experience so simple and easy. Rami kept me updated by calling me multiple times throughout the whole process and telling me what is happening with my car. So it lifted a whole lot of pressure from my shoulders.So I recommend if you need a tow please call Rami and his tow company.

Rami was amazing. I unfortunately got taken out by a 4wd and caravan heading south on Mt Ousley. Rami saw and pulled over to make sure I was ok and was able to tow my car straight away to his depo in Port Kembla. He offered me a Hire Car and Recommended me to Notts. The process was made incredibly easy and Rami is such a Genuine Kind Guy! Thanks Again Rami!

Rami is great, I would high recommend him.I was involved in a motor vehicle accident and Rami was prompt to scene and put my mind at ease with how professional and efficient he was. He also offered a hire car as my car was a ride off. Would use his service again.
