This is the worst service I have ever received in the last three years. The lady with glasses who was working at the counter 02 finished the service with the words, 'You don't understand what I said.' I cannot imagine your staff treating people in such a rude manner. If you do not enjoy serving people, it is better to quit your job instead of ruining someone else's day.

It took 3.5 hours just to give DKT. And funny part is person who was issueing ticket was literally taunting for we were having the Indian Driving License. “Indian websites are slow” “Indian Driving License are fake”. Why on earth someone wants to make such comments

The person who greeted me kept rolling their eyes, sighing loudly at me and had a condescending attitude. Maybe customer service should be a bigger training point at this service centre.

Please improve your service. We all know customer service is hard but treat us the way we deserve. Not every customer is bad. I wanted to give the review when I left the door but I couldn't.Probably this was my first time to use service here and will be my last time. I'd better go somewhere a bit far from home and receive the acceptable/better service than being shouted/rude in Burwood.

This place never fails to disappoint me. The staff are never helpful, they won’t even try to hear the whole situation and are so eager to send you away. They talk to customers in a condescending manner. Waited literally 1.5hrs for nothing. Shout out to the lady “JP” who refused to witness my signing of a document. If you don’t like your job, just quit. Most of the people here are unfit for ‘public’ service.

Rude and unprofessional behaviour by the ginger/blonde haired lady at the front desk. Check the comments. These people would be fired in the private sector. Get a real job

I want to thank Ben for his professionalism, patience and empathy to try and sort out all the paperwork for the interstate transfer of my registration and my great plates.Also the lady who helped me previously for my licence transfer. It was all so daunting for me but I was put very much at ease with their ‘can do’ attitude. The business was well staffed, clean and maintained. Thank you again.

Today I had a terrible experience with the lady at counter 17 around 1pm. I had never experienced such bad behaviour from anyone in my life. She was very rude and does not know how to talk to customers. She could have said it very calmly and nicely, but she threw a very bad attitude at me and spoke very rudely. She was quite unpleasant and incompetent; someone please handle this. These persons require training because they are unfit to serve the public.
